» Poem: Trapped
Trapped
written by devilchild01

Peaceful dreams are all I wish for
But instead I get nightmares full of darkness,
I find myself at rest
Amongst the sharpness of truth

I lay upon a bed of nails,
The door to my heart swings closed.
Nailed to the bed unable to move
Unable to love unable to trust again

Locked inside a house of hate
My head rests on a pillow of spikes,
im bleeding out this hatred
Puddles so deep full of hate aim at you

Every lie you told to me
Blood flowed from my damaged body
hope used to grow in my heart
that has now stopped

Trapped inside a house of hate
Nailed to a bed of hatred
my soul, just drowning in the red water.
in puddles seeping through my mind.
