precious gift

perfect joyous smile shined on his face.
My soul begins to fill joy,
At the glace
I've walked the final mile
A thousand times.
But now its different because
Im walking it with you.
Life used to be full of dark
But you came and it gently
Eased it away.
But I still cannot find a way,
to convince you of your worth.
I will have come every time,
If you needed an ear to listen.
if I'd known how great your hurt.
I would have freed your every pain
Why can’t I set you free?
I never meant to fail you.
But we shall rise into the clouds;
the angels are waiting our embrace.
We are in God’s presence now;
we walk through heavens open gates.
We are here to live our dream. |
