Those words

I asked with anger
He repeated it
He regretted it
He would be regretting it now
But he's unconscious
Still after nine hours
He's lying in hospital
Because of them words
The words that hurt me
The words that sent him
Flying accross the room
In my flurry of anger
I was always under control
But he said something about Trude
So i let go of it all
I hit him so hard
I never meant to hurt him so much
But he deserved it
He can't die
Because he wont be able
To face up to what he has done
He may be 5 years older than me
He may be the "hardest boy in the school"
But he can't fight for shit
And i kicked his ass
I didn't get respect
I didn't want respect
I dont get respect
I dont want respect
What i done was wrong
And i know it
What he done was worse
And he knows it
He might die because of me
He might die of his stupidity
He knew me
He knew i'd kick his ass
If he said the slightest
Word out of place
And he did
He did so
I smacked him in the face
Flying across the room
I guess i don't know my strength
But he took me to the end
Of my strong fuse with length
The length shortened
When he said those words
This all sarted
Because of those words
I kicked his ass
Because of those words
I might be a murderer
Because of those words. |
