Hate Her

why couldnt you just be glad?
your words reached out and slapped me again
it is so very hard to pretend
the tears slowly flooded my eyes
but I wont let you see me cry
you would hit me if I got too close
one day I'll tell you the truth I suppose
the truth of how I feel about you
you always ignore me, and verbally abuse
how would you feel if my life were to end?
would you wish you could take back all you said then?
how many times have I tried to commit suicide
because all the things you say make me want to die?
maybe one day my anger will explode
and I will tell you all the things inside I hold |
