Cold Hard Ground
written by Morning Star09:31 AM 11/26/04I watched as you grew
Becomming something, someone I could love
Times spent in the past
Barely can remember your smile now
I don't know why you had to go
Not understanding why you did that horrid thing
I had loved you with all I knew
Yet you could not take the world
My eyes were glazd when I heard the news
I cried for you since that morning
Pictures of old clutter my desk
Never to understand the pain I'm in
An answer is all i want
But your grave never speaks
I visit you every day
But can only cry until I must leave
My tears and heartache are nothing
They fall to a deaf and cold hard ground. |

Your pain and your anger overwhelms me as I shed a tear and it glides over my face. Your emotion and love is intense and deep. Never have I read more emotive poetry from a male. You are one of a kind. |
