Quoted: are you?

even if one lie leads to another
we'll never be able to go back on this path again,"
but i know that if we try, we'll make it
we've come so far, standing before the EXIT
the door opens...
"on the other side of the borderline
i crossed that time,"
checking, observing my surroundings
looking over the edge, i was pushed
"what kind of dreams did i paint as i fell?"
many as the fear of uncertainty consumed me
"the future that becomes visible
tomorrow isn't really that great,"
without you of course, it ends here
i know you're scared, so am i
"but just maybe we're living
clinging on to it anyway,"
and even now we carry on
maybe there's more to this
"i think you and i are looking for the same thing
in different places,"
but what exactly is all this
trying to make sense of it all
"searching for the one
single truth,"
i hate that i can't figure it out
i know i can't have control
"i want to know it so badly
that I'm her holding nothing,"
i just don't want to accept it
that i'm dead and gone from your grasp
"drifting between dream and reality
we're to close to the edge,"
i can't lose you
thought i know it's not up to me
"no matter where you are or
what your looking at,"
please don't give up
don't let my actions cloud your judgment
i know this will change
forcing my hand, i'll make it
WE will make it through
the unfinished fight drawing near
full force, i'm ready
are you? |
