» Poem: Smiling at the thought
Smiling at the thought
written by IceBound
03:45 PM 11/29/04
20 miles winds
sun shining through the clouds
in the clearing, there i stand
the warmth of the sun on my skin
relaxed and thoughtless, my dream
not a care in the world right now
thinking of my girl, where ever she may be
wondering if she's thinkin of me too
the sound of music emitting from
the CD player, an Emo mix... ^_^
the winds picking up now
i would get up, but i feel so happy right now
i heart eh sound of airplanes overhead
Ontario Airport, their destination
laid out on my roof, music, staring up at the sky
my salvation
the sound of Thursday fills the air
in complete serenity
looking to my side, i realized my shadow
looking up again, i remember October
how uncertain that day was, the 11th
aside from my thought, i found myself smiling
