can't take it

it's never enough, I'm walking out the door
leaving you and the pain behind
so maybe peace and happiness i can find
I'll forever live in the dark
light never reaching my lonely heart
I've locked myself up so I'll never be free
if only you had excepted me for me
if you gave me a chance things might have been OK
but you gave up on me already, there's not much to say
so I'll say goodbye and depart from this place
hopefully I'll move on and forget your hurtful face
I'm going on to a better place, heaven or hell
either would be better than here i can tell |
