Something Missing
written by ieatsmellysocks11:21 PM 12/1/04Theres something missing deep inside my dying soul
Everything has fallen apart
As I get bigger so does the hole
All I have left is a picture of you and a broken heart
Theres something missing deep inside my dying soul
This poison keeps eating away at me
Soon I will die it will swallow me whole
Why cant things be the way they used to be
Don’t hit me for the tears you see on my face
Ive turned up the music real loud and locked the door
Take me away from this dreadful place
My arm is bleeding im sitting on the floor
Everytime you see my scars you grin
Well I think its time for me to say my goodbyes
You don’t seem to see the pain im in
im sick of the pain im sick of the lies
I feel like theres something missing
And I fucking want it back
But I cant so I’ll just say goodbye
Quickly so you can get high on crack
I was lying on the floor
With nothing to do
When I thought of something I had thought of before
That hole inside my heart is here to remind me of you
Theres something missing deep inside my dying soul
Everything has fallen apart
As I get bigger so does the hole
All I have left is a picture of you and a broken heart |
