Hiding
written by ieatsmellysocks04:08 PM 12/5/04Im hiding behind my long blonde hair
So you cant see my tears or my blank stare
You tell me to look at you,you want to see my face
But i just ignore you and stare into space
It feels like a movie and the blood is not real
It feels like a dream and i hate how i feel
Everything has fallen apart
Now all i am is a depressed teen with a broken heart
"Brush away the pretty strands of blonde hair
I want to you look at me because i really care"
Again im not listening im thinking of suicide
Wondering what you would do if i died
I cut myself to know if im alive
No one seems to understand that its my only way to survive
You watch me as i lick the blood you tuck my hair behind my ears
You see my face im screaming for help inside but no one hears
It feels like a movie it feels like a book
But its missing some pages i cant find it i looked
Something is missing something is gone
Youve been laughing at my misery all along
Well i hide behind my long blonde hair
So you cant see the tears or my blank stare
Im not going to look at you im not going to let you see my face
Im going to ignore you and stare into space
You tell me i cant hide forever
But i can try
You tell me my hiding is worse than ever
But thats a lie |
