» Poem: Judgment
Judgment
written by A7XRandolph

My soul, caught in the rest,
I tried and tried my best,
The heavenly hands take me higher,
My heart dry, these matters...dire.

I float above the clouds,
Past all the life, the crowd,
Ending the ache,
Of what I did, my mistake.

Pain and agony no more,
Gone like my life, through that door,
I raise my head to the judge,
Awaiting my fate, I cannot budge.

A smile on my face,
My suffering inside, now in a case,
Those white wings,
The opening gate acknowledged with a ding.

This is where I say my goodbyes,
Cutting all ends, tears in my eyes,
Divine light engulfs me,
Making it so I cannot flee.
My judgment.
