fake smile

To show on your face
Your smile could light up
The world has now gone.
Now im left to stand in the dark alone
The person I can see
Looking out of your eyes
Stares at me with nothing
But dislike showing in his eyes.
The shine you had has left forever.
The mouth that could
Speak words so softly has gone.
Kind words have been
Replaced with lies.
Hate rings in your voice.
The delicate lips that
Would leave me the sweetest gifts
Have departed.
Your kind smile has been taken over
By a fake smile |
