Am I Here

Is this all real
I feel invisible
I hate how I feel
I cut to know if I can still bleed
You ignore my scars
You wont give me the help I need
You say hello to others
But you wont say hi to me
Is this really happening
If it is I hate reality
I feel so invisible
My life seems so fake
Every time I try to do something good
I make a huge mistake
If I do something nice for you
You just pretend I am not here
Cant you see I need your help
Cant you see my tears
Everyone ignores me
They wont say anything at all
Not if I cry not if I die not if I fall
I cut to know if im awake
I pretend im ok smile a smile so fake
Am I really here? |
