It's not me

Can’t you understand?
I didn’t do it.
It’s not my fault
These words form on my lips and I make the sound
It’s the honest truth
But why won’t anyone believe me?
Is it because I’ve done something wrong?
Is it because I won’t conform?
Your life is so boring
I don’t want it
Leave me alone
And find the truth
The facts are all laid out
All’s you have to do is believe
Think of possibilities instead of me
I’m not like you at all
I don’t know why I ever wanted it
Everything I thought I could believe is a lie
I don’t know why I’m crying
Nothing sad has happened
Only the parting of good and bad
And the lies that are going on |
