blue eye

glassed blue eye
purple lip
burst pack of popsicle
spawning whorls of fluid
sometimes he visits her
past the cold frames
in the pubis of the garden
scatters the cats -
layers of cellophane
cling film, ice crystals
coats of freezer gel
peeled away
he never closes
the cataract eye |
