Touch me

Guide me through the depressive mists,
Stroke my cheek when a tear falls down,
And hold me tight everytime I cut my wrists.
Touch me.
Never let go of me no matter where we are,
Kiss me when the taste of loneliness lingers on my lips,
Whisper sweet words when I listen to silence,
And everytime I wander - may you tighten your grip.
Touch me.
When I feel nothing let me feel your soft skin,
When I speak of loneliness may you stay by my side,
If the voices in my head are bringing me down,
And if I ever feel the need to let go and to hide.
Touch me.
If I should ever fall you could be there to catch me,
And when I'm cold let me feel the warmth in your heart,
Cuddle up to me if you see the pain in my eyes,
And promise me a part of us will never break apart.
Touch me.
Walk me through my dreams and show me what they mean,
Correct my mistakes and teach me what's wrong,
Brighten the sky with one little smile,
Just as long as you touch me my days wont feel so long.
Touch me.
Whenever I'm blue just run your hands through my hair,
Watch over me and never leave my company,
I just want someone strong to see me through my days,
You're an angel my darling please do this for me.
