» Poem: The Mirror
The Mirror
written by burning_tears

All the world looks around to see
People who fulfill beauty
But no one evers tries to find
The ugly people left behind
If your only beautiful for your sight
Then you should try to look past those headlights
And dig inside your "gorgeous" self
And realize your nothing to everyone else
All you are to us is conceit
Your as ugly as athletes feet
NO one cares abouts your looks
All we want is in the hidden nooks
Your darkest secret, deepest truth
Thats what we use to define you
So when you get up don't look in your mirror
Because what you might find is fear
Fear of the truth about you
Try to do something completely new
Think about the peole you will see
And think about how to treat them kindly
Because I'm sure they'd smile more
If you said hello, instead of looking like a whore
