Not wanting them to see
What I have become
Hiding from people
To stop them asking why
Not wanting their questions
Hiding from the cuts
Ashamed to be me
Keeping the scars covered up
Hiding from him
I don’t want to get hurt
Not wanting to be turned down
Hiding from me
Not liking who I am
Wanting to be someone else
Hiding from life
Wanting it to be over
Needing a way out |
