angel

Someone to hold on to, to keep her safe at night,
someone to keep her on the right track,
To stop her losing her way.
She wants someone to call her beautiful
When she has been put down.
someone to hold her while she cries
Someone to wipe away her tears
Someone to chase away her fears.
She reaches out for a helping hand
Reaching for someone who can understand her pain
She reaches out for salvation she’s reaching out
For her angels helping hand.
She needs to see his smiling face,
She needs the guiding rays that shine down from him
but all she can see is this hell
She lying all alone in dark a space where time has stop
She needs her angel to light up space
she lays there knowing she has no one to call her angel |
