what keeps me holding on?

this i do not know
is it your smile that makes everything worth while
or is it your eyes that glisten when i look into them
what keeps me holding on
is it your way you pretend not to care,
but it always shows through in the end
or is it how you play hard to get
what keeps me holding on
is it how you broke my heart
and then told me you still cared
or is it how you made me cry,
at the same time made me smile
what keeps me holding on
this i do not know. |
