» Poem: Fading away
Fading away
written by mattwhatever

I’m fading away
I been to scared to say
I didn’t used to be this way

I used to be happy, contented
Now I’m hated and resented
Internally tormented

I tell so many lies
I lay in bed and I cry
Id run but I’m too scared to try

I’m not scared to die
I just don’t know why
Maybe I should try

The worlds a fucked up place
An unequivocal waste of space
Just hope one day I’ll find my place.
