» Poem: Pace of Grey
Pace of Grey
written by Lothiriel
02:29 AM 12/18/04
When times have changed the pace to grey
The thickness in your soul deranged
Beyond repair your mind seeks
In the hollows of your eyes, the blackness seeps
Try and smile but your lips just crack
Thickens with all the will you lack
Hope so far and distant now
Wonder if ever you'll be alright for a while
Shadows tinted in gloom
Shade your mind where darkness looms
If ever happy you once were
the memories of times have changed the pace to grey

i think you are a better poet when you aren't rhyming.
