The Grey Path
written by ieatsmellysocks02:41 AM 12/21/04Shes covering her face
Shes staring into space
Everyone keeps talking they forget shes even there
She’s asked for their help many times but they don’t even care
And they’ll never know what shes gone through
They’ll never know all the shit she had to do
All the things she ever had is gone
No one wants to help her and everythings gone wrong
It’s a lonely path I’ll walk you home
I’ll walk with you so your not so alone
The moon shines there on the bloody snow
Its not a place you’d like to go
The only word she can think of is lonely
Theres so much more to her than you can see
Beneath the pale skin and lonely stare
Beneath the tears and golden hair
I’ll walk with you I’ll guide you there
The path is slippery the trees are bare
You can walk forever but you’ll never get away
Follow me now I’ll walk with you today |
