In Loving Memory

I scream to a sky that won't open
I bleed tears of a hope that reigns over
and I feel the tear in my heart
Knowing you're not there
I erase the time between takes
as I pray to a sky that won't listen
The light at the end of my tunnel of rage
Is far beyond me now
And it won't let me escape
Knowing you'll never again be here
I won't ask why
He would never give me an answer
I just hope that you my friend
know I'll be missing you forever |
