Sitting In The Shadows Of My Past

The darkness creeping
And creeping fast
The good times of yesterday all seem to fade
As in the darkness I begin to wade
The silent ghost staring me in the eye
Can't handle it any more
I break down and cry
Tears from years of torture
Tears from years of pain
Tears come rolling down my cheeks
As I start saying your name
A light seems to break this darkness
And seems to set me free
As I move closer and closer to the light
I see a reflection of me |
