Death bed pt 2

now I'm watching over you.
why do you keep looking at the photographs?
you've kept every poem I wrote,
were they that close to your heart?
please stop crying,
it'll be ok in the end.
i'm missing you.
i told you I'd be with you forever.
i am.
i'm still here for you,
but it's just my soul.
i'm sorry it had to be this way.

you stare into the sky at night,
is it because you see my star?
can you see my face in the clouds?
i'm looking over you,
forever you'll be safe.
please stop crying my love,
you're better off without me.

they say heaven is a paradise,
but I hate it here.
I love the clouds, the pearl and the gold,
and everything else around.
i love something more than all of this.
and she's not here.
i want to go back to hell,
just so I can see my angel.
this place makes me sad,
because I know I can't take you back.

dream about me,
and don't cry in those dreams.
i'm writing a million poems,
for when your time finally comes.
every day to you is a lifetime to me,
so I can carry on writing.
these poems aren't of angels.
they only have one subject.
i'm missing you.
don't cry.
