Pondering the facts;face smothered in hands
Twisted thoughts still race;through this evil mind
I don't understand, can't understand
Conscience is fading; exhaling the vile
Kneeling on the earth; the devil smiles
I don't understand, can't understand

You are the keeper of death
Watching me breathe this last breath
My cries will remain unheard
Soul lies within the absurd
You are the taker of life
watching me sit here and fight
My screams will fall on deaf ears
realizing all my fears
(verse 2)
Avoiding attacks;keep meeting demands
Call me a disgrace; to all of mankind
I won't understand, won't understand
Still contemplating; crawling that mile
Battle's at it's worst; the Devil smiles
I now understand, now understand

It was my first chance; razor blade in hand
Skull's leaving my skin; make it go away
Let them understand, please understand
Now I'm lying here in black
they want to deny the facts
Never meant to cause them tears
I've infected them for years
Agony reflects; their keen denial
