» Poem: My hidden Identity
My hidden Identity
written by CemetaryDrive

People take one look at me
and think they know me
but they don't
They don't even try
my parents keep a close eye
There is so much more to me
that no ones yet seen
I wonder why then
I realize it is because
I'm afraid to show
I don't know
I think its time
to let my true identity show
but to who
I know
everyone so they see all me
instead of part
My broken heart
it has no use
and its because of you
You left after all
the excuses that I made for you
And there is still a part of me
no ones seen
all 'cause of you
Oh I love you now
because I'm coming alive
in my true identity
All the pain makes me feel so dead
I bleed from the inside out
I'm slowly coming alive
in my hidden identity
Because I'm not gonna pretend
any more to be something
that I'm not
And the worlds gonna love me
for who I am
I'm just misunderstood
