City of Alantis
written by CemetaryDrive12:20 AM 12/25/04These two men from a far-off country
went on a pursuit around the world
to search where was the greatest patch of domain
void of hostility, famine, and malady
When they returned to their residence
after three broad years they were
fatigued and frustrated to realize
that there was no such piece of land
They then said this:
"They can have the world,
we'll create our own"
And that is exactly what the did
First they went to the God of Zeus
and begged for him to grant them
the wish of him making a land full
of all the things they despised
Zeus voided their wish
for they were mere mortals
and He was a God
why should they get their own earth?
So they went and bought a huge piece of land
wiles a million acres on it
where you could hear the constant
shuffling of them working
After seven years they were complete
and all the villagers were pondering
what they could have been making for so long
and then the doors opened
And there stood the most magnificent thing
anyone could ever imagine
It was a sphere
that was hundreds of thousands of miles long
and then they spoke with the villagers
about this great land
and said that it would be serene
and peaceful
Then they invited the villagers
to join them in the sphere
almost everyone in the village
agreed so they enter the piece of work
Then the two men asked Zeus to
throw the sphere into the ocean
which Zeus gladly did
And then they named the city Atlantis |
