This Girl
written by CemetaryDrive12:27 AM 12/25/04This girl came home
broken down depressed inside.
Her friend just committed suicide.
Shes hurting.
She wants to be with her friend.
She goes to her closet and pulls out her gun.
She turns up the music and closes the door.
No one is home,
no one can stop her.
She sits down gun in hand
and crys for hours.
She then whispers "I'll be with you soon."
She points the gun to her head
and then she hears the phone.
She hesitates for a minute,
not sure what to do.
Then there is silence.
Again she brings the gun to her head,
she pulls the trigger.....
She has crossed sides.
Later at the funeral everyone is crying,
everyone says their last parting words,
and they go home.
Except for one girl,
her best friend.
She leans over into the casket
and kisses the girl on the cheek,
then she watches her get buried.
On the tombstone it reads:
Loving sister,Daughter, and Friend
1988-2004
Her best friend goes home
goes in the closet with a gun,
and says "I'll be with you soon."
As she is loading the gun she realizes,
when is this going to stop?
This started when someone died.
When will it stop?
If i die someone will come after me,
and the cycle will keep going.
I don't want to be responsible for that.
So think about that next time your depressed,
if you die your killing a part of someone else,
If you live your lighting up someones life. |
