Falling Into Nowhere
written by xmx_satine_xrx01:15 AM 12/25/04In my dreams I'm always falling, falling into nowhere.
No place that I could ever see, No place that I would want to be.
I try and try to fly instead, but always end up falling,
And as I fall I'm filled with dread, and know the ground is calling.
Sometimes I feel that nowhere, is somewhere that I'm destined,
And until I find my dreamland, my mind cannot be rested.
Here is where I don't belong, but somewhere in the distance,
Somewhere that cannot be found, erased right from existence.
So when I fall into nowhere, and wait to hit the ground,
I'll struggle one more time to fly, and treasure my last sound.
The sound of whispering in my ear, allowing me to dream,
To dream the dream I'll always fear, of falling into nowhere.
Then the chanting whisper, will tell me to wake up. Then one day when I wont wake up; I won't be falling down,
I'll be falling up. |
