To my granny... Her Christmas present...

I love you more every day.
My favorite times that I remember
Are the days that we’ve spent together.
I miss you when we are apart
And each time I cry I look to my heart.
My heart’s the place I hold you tight
You’re there for me when I’m scared at night.
Sometimes I get scared of what’s to come
And if you’ll see the rising sun.
The hope I have for you getting better
Is something dear that I deeply treasure.
There’s a million times I cry for you
Because you’re the only one who can get me through.
I love you so much more than you know
And that love for you is more pure than snow.
I treasure every moment that I spend with you around.
And the love that’s in your voice is the sweetest sound.
There it was. I hope it stays
Inside your heart forever and always. |
