Truth

The real truth is hidden deep within me
You’d never think to look for the truth inside
You’d never guess where the truth might hide
What is actually true in this world of lies
Truth will never be found, no matter how hard one tries
Truth, such an over used word these days
You can never believe what another says
Truth, hidden in lies and covered in pain
It’s enough to drive a person insane
I wont seek truth; I’ll wait to ruin my future
Because what I’ll find, I wont want to live with, I’m sure |
