they don't know me at all

Do they know I try and cut my veins?
Do they know every time I’m alone I cry?
Do they know every moment I’m alive it canes?
No they don’t know me, they never knew,
They don’t know how much pain I have been through,
They don’t know how many times I fall,
They don’t know me at all. |
