» Poem: Death
Death

If I killed myself,
Would you think about what you said?
Would you realize how much I had bled?
Would you wish you were more nice?
Or would you not even think twice?
If I told you,
You were the reason,
Would you think it was only treason?
If I shot myself in the head,
Would you re-think what you said?
If I should die,
Would you even cry?
Would you feel any pain?
Or shed any tear?
Would you think about all those,
That I had held dear?
Did you even really care,
That the pain was more than I could bare?
If I stabbed myself in the heart,
Would you try to play a different part?
Attempt to play a different role in my life?
Even if you did, I’d still grab that knife.
It could be the happiest moment in my dark life,
Or it could be the worst mistake I could ever make.
Either way my life would remain fake.
If I killed myself,
Would it really matter?
If I killed myself,
Would it just make the world sadder?
