It's a tale thats as long as humans have had there canine counterparts,
It's a unspoken tale that will never ever die,
Something happens, Small to say the least,
A new day has begun with new partners in crime,
United as one, Human and Canine

Barely even friends upon a new meeting of friends to be,
Both a quick shock of Anxiety on spotting the other,
Certain as the moon that comes out to the night sky,
Song as old as the Wolves that howl for the hunt,
They will be friends until death do them part,

No change needed for either party, the heart is there,
Never the same as another, Always a surprise in store,
Wheather it be at home, work or at play,
Loved in the heart of the other as far deep as it can go,
Endless love from the duo, Oh what a sight,
Nothing ever cuter then seeing the pair warm up others hearts,
In their line of work compassion is all that can be seen,
No anger, Sadness or other feelings,
Empathy, Kindess, caring and compassion for those unlike them
..Together Forever as one, Death do them part
Upon that day, The partner will be wishing for death upon himself,
Such a friend, one who never answered back,
All those heart warming times that they shared,
Cuddles on the bed, Walks on the beach beside the horse,
A Broken heart is all thats seen from the one whos now alone,
A tale too be spoken for as long as time goes on,
Named after the gods he was titled Zues, ..so worthy of that name
The Sled dog now over that Rainbow bridge, ..death
Partner, Friend, Owner there for his last breath,
In the arms of his companion,
Never could anyone ben prepared for this no matter how many times,
..Together Forever in the hearts of both,
Admitting you were wrong, How you never thought he'd last,
Oh how he did and he made you proud like a new daddy with a son,
Scared of the dark whole that now resides in his home,
In the heart of the owner, The Companion now gone.
Ashes to Ashes Dust to dust, The angels have taken he home,
Playing in the heavenly park with other Labradors,
Takeing out the sled with the Siberian Huskys and Malamutes there,
Meet up with Mum, Dad, Sisters and brother.. Long lost friends
..Together forever will Zues and his companion be,
Never to be replaced in his heart by another,
Memories of the One lost live forever in the hearts of those left behind.
