» Poem: Love's Goodbye
Love's Goodbye
written by whatShouldUsBe

What do I call this
I am not sure
what you'd call a kiss
thats so pure
he holds me close
and whispers in my ear
the three words
I never wanted to hear
Goodbye my love he says so sweetly
as he begins to walk away
I beg and plead
for him to stay
Love's Goodbye
is what I'll call this
then as he begins to cry
I steal our final kiss...
