» Poem: Sunset
Sunset
written by devils angel 13

The sun shines brightly in the horizon,
The orange and purple light shines,
I look into the sunset,
Only to think of you...

All the nights spent together,
All the memories of you,
And of a Broken past,
Come and haunt me.

I stop looking outside,
The pain is too hard,
Instead i sit in darkness,
This is where i go and hide.

Can't we just pretend,
That your feelings did stay unchanged,
And instead of leaving me...
You coulda never met her.

But I know that I cant give up,
So I get out of the darkness,
And I walk to the window,
And I look at the sunset....

My only escape.
