» Poem: A Sunny May Day
A Sunny May Day
written by intearsforever
05:34 AM 1/2/05
Walking alone,
Chills me to the bone,
Yet here I am,
All alone,
Not listening to anyone or anything,
Just siting here,
In my own fear.

So here I lay,
With nothing to say,
As I feel this pain,
This pain I know won’t just go away.

So I get up,
And walk along, past the trees,
Remembering how I came to be,
To be me,
So just leave me be, because you never cared,
Because you never listened,
So here I am today,
It is a bright sunny day in May,
But I am still lost,
In my own head,
I am bound,
So here I lay, knowing I shall never be found.

Never shall I be found,
So I shall just lay here bound to these thoughts of you and me.
Don’t forget me,
Yet don’t remember me either,
Both will cause pain,
Some to me,
And some to you.

Watch me…
Watch me……
Watch me take this pain away,
Watch as the pain just flows away on this sunny May Day.
The blood drains,
From my veins,
Don’t stop it,
Just watch as I fade away,
On this sunny May Day.
