» Poem: sleep
sleep
written by TowelytheThing
10:11 PM 4/19/04
who needs sleep?
this world is torn.
I got some insomnia here.
my fists clutched at night.
this heart is beating fast,
beating hard.
my head has the blood pounding,
until I thought of you,
all was fine.
now all is good.
all is great.
now you haunt my mind at night,
you creep into my dreams,
I wake up panting.
scared to look at the time.
I can't sleep anymore.
