John's Song

I can't deny the way
you are always on my mind
my head thinks I can do better
But you seem to make my heart flutter
It beats a tiny bit faster
whenever I see you
laughing
and doing those silly things you do
I want to hold you close
and call you mine
I don't want to love you
I have no choice
I have already fallen there
and there is not turning back time
No one can make me smile
you always seem
to force that curve
upon my lips
when I am with you
I am a young girl
No worries
just a heart to follow
and a boy to love |
