» Poem: in this lifetime
in this lifetime
written by vampire_princess

In the dark,
Filled with despair,
Wondering why life is so unfair,
So I run to my lair,
And share,
My one last kiss,
And I’m filled with bliss.

It’s time to leave,
There’s no more to achieve,
In this lifetime.

I had found my love,
We fit each other like a glove,
He was like an angel from above,
But soon I knew I would be forced to leave my love.

I had to go,
And leave my hotty,
As the cancer spread through my delicate body,
I said my last farewell,
I told him I didn’t feel a thing,
I was swell.

As the darkness consumed me,
And the white figure confused me,
I some how finally felt at piece.
