» Poem: Not my friend
Not my friend
written by Trapezium
09:37 PM 1/11/05
I've drawn too many rivers,
Too many bloodstreams ripped apart,
Too many weak links lay in the walls,
I guess it's easy to enter my heart.

I never imagined the blood would freeze,
I always thought it'd run forever,
Running from danger into pain,
I never really was that clever.

Shoddy makeshift solutions,
Stop my heart from breaking down,
I'm swimming in liquid pain,
And soon I'm going to drown.

Blood flows through my veins,
And out the other end,
Water soon turns to crimson red,
Depression's not my friend.
