» Poem: The Grave
The Grave
written by twistedmind33

Mysterious gray eyes
Locked onto mine
Mystery captivated me
Curiosity kept me
Who knew what you were planning to do?
Not me
I was clueless
To you I was just an experiment
I got dragged into this
Tortured by your ex-lover
Made into a monster
Bearing “The Dark One”
The name makes me shudder
My child
I mean ours
Can never be evil
It’s not in my nature
His name shall be John
For my father and yours
Dara will not sink her fangs into him
He shall forever be mommy’s little boy
What’s this?
We’re going to be free?
Water fills the cell and we flee
Make sure you tell the doctor thank you
Now that we’re alone
You tell me everything
You love me
You want to be with me
Uh-oh
Here comes trouble
Dara’s a free woman too
Please don’t leave me for her
I couldn’t bare the hurt
Of losing two of my loved ones in twenty-four hours
Nice job telling her to leave us alone
I can’t believe I’m your only one
Let’s go find a nice place to live
And, yes, I’d love a peppermint
