What's Happened

I know I'm not the only one who's noticed
Every time I turn on the TV
It's the same thing
People trying to make it
And girl's dancing around in practically nothing
What are they called again?
Oh yeah, video whores
What's a whore you ask?
Whore: someone who sells their body in exchange for sexual favors
Is this how people should be classified?
No.
You think that music's so great
But it's the same thing
Sex. Drugs. Hoes. And Bitches.
There is no depth to you
What's on the surface is it
How about myself you ask?
I'm just learning the world's mysteries
But I know I don't want to be confined in this room
I want to explore and live
A life free of worries and full of beauty
So why don't you stop watching the profanity on TV and pick up a book?
What?!?!
You forgot how to read?
That doesn't surprise me much
Because you've obviously forgotten how to live. |
