» Poem: Interesting Creature of the Halls
Interesting Creature of the Halls
written by twistedmind33

I see you
But I don’t know you
It’s strange how you’ve slipped under my radar
And left me wondering
It’s not often you see a creature like yourself
Floating down the halls
It seems you’re happy
But I don’t know
I don’t know anything
I just know you are interesting
Almost like someone who I’ve met once before
I’d like to figure out this mystery
But maybe it’s best not to
This bond between us is unspoken
And unnoticeable to all
If we crack the code, nothing will be left to wonder about
And we’d be stuck in a sea of normalcy
Where everything is the same
And no one dares to be different
