» Poem: Dying Alone
Dying Alone

If I could take it back I would,
From the first time I ever tried,
I needed to find away to wash the pain away,
But this only brought me more,
It’s taking over me,
As the tears slip down my eyes,
I breath in and grab the razor in my hands,
Place it on my skin,
And cut it apart,
The burst of red leaks from my skin,
Dripping on to the floor,
“You’ll never hurt me, the way I hurt myself, Your words cant drag me down!”
Gasping for air,
Hatred fills inside of me,
Drop the blade,
Bloody hands hit the floor,
What am I doing to myself?
Curl myself in a ball,
As I lay bleeding,
Dying alone.
