» Poem: His Comfort
His Comfort
written by twistedmind33
06:48 PM 1/23/05
She comes to him
Tears rolling down her face
He holds her
And tries to comfort her
He wants to know why
But is afraid of the outcome
Is she leaving him?
Did she find something out?
Or is it something bigger?
Like a lost friendship
Or a death in the family?
All these thoughts rush through his head
He wants to make her smile
He wants to know why
But the only thing to do
Is to hold her
And wonder in silence
