» Poem: Our World
Our World
written by cryptic_misery
09:01 PM 1/23/05
Black sky of assorted neon stars
A sea of melted glacier rainbows
The aurora lights shine through the midnight clouds
And in the day,
Gray skies brighten the world
Laying in the breeze on the grass
The highest hill; where I feel safe
Staring up at my black happiness
Every last soul floating up above me
Then you... your sweet face
Looking back at me
Come down here please...
I feel your lips gently caress my body
All I want to do is hold you against me
I just need to touch you... feel you
So I wrap my arms around you
Now I can always stay strong
Our world, for us
Where nothing can die...
