Wanderers glare through me........

waiting to spring into action and tear my soul apart,
their hollow punches sail through me as if reminding me why I am no longer alive in my mind...
wasting away the days thinking of those I have betrayed,
you were my one...
the one I did it to,
you have the right to hate me for what I am and what I never was...
as they do,
but unlike them you understand...
the concept of my mind the dreary thoughts that ring through it day by day,
pushing sanity away and forcing myself to be alone for you were the one that meant everything to me...
and no one else,
Now you are gone but if doesn't process right in my mind that it all is true...
and so the eyeless wanderers remain glaring into what I was and never will be anymore,
alive...
and in love with you...... |
